Module type `WithExceptions.S`

Functions that raise exceptions are hidden by the main modules of Lwtreslib but available here. These functions are either: very practical or are safe in some specific uses (e.g., List.init when used with a literal length).

Functions that take a loc parameter raise Invalid_argument with the location included in the exception's message. It is intended to be used with the __LOC__ value, but it can be used with different messages.
